Talking about beauty products, well it's not like everything will suit me. As a beauty blogger, I am responsible for my own opinion and review.
Meanwhile, as a beauty blogger I also need to keep the good relationship with companies and brands. But that doesn't mean that I will always have to say good things about the products they given to me.
Doesn't say good things doesn't equal saying bad things. Just present the fact and honest experience without those bad, swear words, and of course it will still deliver the good.
In case you (yes you means reader and companies/brands that sent me their products) are wondering why some products that I posted on SNS or received but haven't reviewed yet by me, well this may be the reason:
Your product doesn't work for me
It might not deliver the promising result or even worse, your product destroyed my skin. There was this product which was raved so much among beauty bloggers that I ended up purchasing it by myself. Want to know what happened? LOL, in a week it caused severe breakout on my both cheeks, spread until neck and back of my ears.
Or I'm so sorry, I forget *hammer*
And sometimes, I don't directly throw things away, instead, I give it away to my friends or my mom.
Recently, when I went back home I asked my mom how are the products I've given her doing to her skin so far. And here are some products which doesn't work for me but works great for my mom.

Beauty Products that Don't Work for Me, but for My Mom
Estee Lauder Hydrationist Maximum Moisture Creme
It promises the instant rush of moisture while promoting anti aging effect. I was using this for fairl 2-3 weeks but didn't feel any improvement on my skin. That's the reason why I gave it away to my mom.My mom said:
This creme doesn't feel sticky to her super oily skin. She has been using it day and night before sunscreen and after serum. She said that it improves her skin moisture and the fragrance is nice.
(she is no longer use this as she finished it a month ago)
Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus Serum (not the improved one)
This products has nice texture and actually very lightweight. Also absorbed fast and doesn't feel sticky. Unfortunately, as I don't that many visible wrinkle yet, I didn't feel any visible improvement as well.
I guess it's just doesn't suit my needs. Always happen when I use anti-aging products. I was using this for 2-3 weeks as well.
My mom said:
This serum works like wonder for her! It improves her visible wrinkle, especially those smiling lines and sagging cheeks. This serum also brightens up her complexion and now she can say goodbye to old dull skin!
(she is still using this)
Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Cream
I actually love this product. But well, after a month of using it, my skin experience breakout. I wasn't sure that it's because of this, but I stopped using it for a while until the breakouts' over. Then I tried this again, well, unlucky me, it caused breakouts again.
My mom said:
Previously I given mom a sample of Kiehl's Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate and she loves it! That's why when I gave her this Super Multi-Corrective Cream, she was happy hoping for the similar result as before (though different product).
Well, she said that this product actually deliver visible result as promised:
- Smoothes out wrinkles
- Refines skin texture
- Minimize pores
- Reduces neck lines
(she is still using this)
