Though it's autumn already in few countries, Anna Sui is introducing its latest fragrance collection: ROMANTICA; which is of course inspired by the beauty and joy of flowers.

FRAGRANCE CONCEPT

The concept of ROMANTICA is a floral wonderland imagined by Anna Sui herself. In her imagination, she can enjoy life by touching, smelling, and seeing the beauty of the world through ROMANTICA; fragrance which radiates from flowers.

FRAGRANCE DESIGN

The feeling of Art Nouveau again appears on the carton, in playful but precise shapes. It is a world of blossoms and dragonflies, caught in the swirl of a fantasy garden. Blooms abound and interlacing vines are delicately traced. With deep pink borders, and a soft, subtle light at the center, you are drawn into the garden, where pleasure awaits.

This new fragrance by Anna Sui captures the essence of life, love, femininity and romance. It is Anna Sui’s homage to the joy of living. Softly and seductively the fragrance speaks to the heart, bundled into one lovely essence. She picks her favorite flowers to wear on the flacon, a gleaming, gilded masterwork, topped by a rosebud just waiting to open. A rare combination of Art Nouveau, and densely packed flowers, the flacon suggests an energy, a radiance, about to happen. The pure joy all flowers instill.

FRAGRANCE NOTES

Classified as a Sparkling Floral, it is at once joyous and sensuous, lively and exciting. The top note opens with a floaty feeling of Calabria Bergamot, Mandarin Essence, Sparkling Pomegranate, and Watery Quince. It is giddy, it is glorious, it is like falling in love all over again.

Soon to be followed by Rose de Mai, Osmanthus Absolute, Jasmine Petals, and Orange Blossom, the romance builds to a crescendo, awakening a deeper sensuality. Water Lily and Peony Blossom add a touch of whimsy and freshness to the heart.

And then it settles with White Ceylon Cedarwood, Sheer Amber, Indonesian Sandalwood, and Creamy Musk.

The joy is complete.

Anna Sui Romantica is a tribute to flowers conveying a power of elegance and femininity, an air of playful and charming allure that captures the heart and stirs the senses.

Available in 30ml, 50ml, 75ml EDT sprays as well as a 200ml Body Lotion which envelopes the skin in moisture leaving it feeling silky smooth.

MY THOUGHTS

ROMANTICA for sure blows my mind. The fragrance makes me feel as if I'm lying on the bed full of flowers. Compared to other Anna Sui's fragrance that I've tried (Read: Anna Sui La Vie de Bohème Eau de Toilette), ROMANTICA has stronger scent. For daily activities, I still prefer softer scent, but for special day occasion like dates, hangouts, and meetings, I definitely opt for this!

I love how this fragrance stays longer on me, especially the Water Lily and Peony Blossom fragrance.

This fragrance is perfect for those who loves fresh scent combined with the sweetness of floral scents. Also, the bottle design is super cute! The Art Nouveau carve on the bottle is one of the most distinctive thing I noticed when I first saw this ROMANTICA.
