Remember my review of RIN Bi-Gyeol Soo? Earlier this month I received another cream from HANSAENG COSMETICS: RIN Bi-Gyeol Yun Cream. So what's the difference with previous product?
The product has the same core ingredients: 6 year fermented ginseng, patented effective substances, and 15 valuable oriental medicine extracts.
Promises
While Bi-Gyeol Soo focuses more on moisturizing and brightening, Bi-Gyeol Yun emphasizes more on Anti-Wrinkle (though it has whitening function as well).
It is made with herbal substances such as six-year-old ginseng, peony, and Danhwayeon, which supply rich nutrients to the skin in a short period of time.
It provides whitening and wrinkle improving effects with ingredients such as Niacinamide, adenosine, Phellinus linteus, Mulberry root, and Scutellaria baicalensis root.
Packaging
The packaging is similar, only Yun is dominated by yellow and gold color. But I just hate jar packaging since it is less hygienic (please create airtight pump packaging instead!).
Texture
The cream texture is also thicker since it is for anti-wrinkle.
As you can see, the cream is quite thick but is absorbed fast onto my skin. I was amazed at how fast this cream is absorbed considering the thick texture. Since I have a combination skin, I'm always afraid of anti-wrinkle cream. It always ends up causing breakout especially on my T-zone. But this one doesn't. 💛
If I have to compare between RIN Bi-Gyeol Soo and RIN Bi-Gyeol Yun, I think I still love Soo better since it has lighter texture which is gel-like one. It is definitely safer for me who has combination, acne-prone skin, especially that I spend most of my time in this humid environment (oh those sweats).
But if you have dry skin or is looking for anti-wrinkle cream, I highly recommend this cream since it has lighter texture compared with any other available anti-wrinkle cream.
